Overview: The purpose of this exercise is for the new associate to learn how to properly access and utilize the Southeast Publication’s online forms. New Associates are required to complete these forms and turn into you for review and further consultation on best practices and further detailed explanations of updates on corporate policies and procedures.

1. ESTABLISHMENT DOCS

Has the trainee completed an Establishment Agreement?
Did you explain the importance of writing legibly on this (and all) forms?
Did you explain the differences in submitting new establishment forms vs. renewals?
Did you explain where this form can be found through our website. (Along with all documents)
Did you explain where each form goes within a complete package?

2. # OF DIRECTORIES FORMULA

Did the trainee complete this form?
Did you explain how to use properly?

3.ESTABLISHMENT'S COPY FORM

Did the trainee complete this form?
Did you explain the importance for the new associate to review the proofing process with the establishment (5 business days for establishment to review proof)?

4. ADVERTISER DOCS

Did the trainee complete (2) advertising agreements?
(2) Advertising Agreement where the customer desires to pay via credit card. Explain corporate policies regarding this transaction type.

5. AD COPY LAYOUT FORMS.

Did the trainee complete (2) Ad Copy Layouts?
(1) 16 ad layout, where the advertiser is an existing customer. Best practices on completing this form. (2) 16 ad layout, where advertiser is new. Best practices on completing this form.
